Dr. Alan elected SCMA Trustee for the 2023-2025 period

The South Carolina Medical Association (SCMA) is governed by the Board of Trustees and the House of Delegates. The South Carolina Medical Association has numerous opportunities for physicians to become leaders. Opportunities are limitless for physicians to advocate for the preservation of organized medicine and for protecting the sanctity of the physician-patient relationship.

Recently, Dr. Rodney K. Alan is elected as SCMA Trustee for Florence/ Darlington / Chesterfield / Marion. He is an orthopedist in Florence, South Carolina and is affiliated with McLeod Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
